Delivery

We will send you an email when your goods have been sent, along with tracking details, so please ensure the email address you enter is accurate. Due to the increased use of Anti-Spam and Firewall software our email may struggle to get through. If you have not received any email confirming your order or confirmation of dispatch kindly email warehouse@worldofgambling.net

Non-EU country orders may take slightly longer to despatch to allow for the preparation of courier and customs documentation. EU country orders are generally delivered within five days from despatch and other International Non-EU country orders are generally delivered within ten days. Sorry, we can not deliver to BFPO addresses.

Shipping and Handling

Deliveries are sent by next-working-day courier in Great Britain. Orders outside this region are sent by Parcelforce. A signature is usually required upon delivery which can be anytime from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. You may specify different invoicing and delivery addresses (important: see "ordering" for conditions). We do not use Royal Mail unless circustances dictate or we are requested to do so. Use of Couriers ensures speedy and secure delivery of order.

Gamingshop.co.uk do not profit from the carriage element, only charging at-cost or, in most cases, below.

*These are guideline prices. If your order is bulky or heavy, the couriers may add a surcharge in which case we will contact you for the difference in cost or the option to cancel. Alternatively, please email for a delivery estimate.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back-order it for you - that means we'll wait until it is in stock and then send it out. You will always be emailed if a product is likely to be out of stock for more than a week and given the option to cancel.

Returns

If you wish to cancel your order before despatch, please email enquire@gamble.co.uk *within 12 hours* of placing your order. Non-personalised goods only may also be returned within seven days of receipt for any reason providing they are in re-saleable condition. We will only refund the product cost. Please return items by a signed for service. Your card will be credited within two days of us receiving the goods to allow us time to inspect them. However, banks sometimes process credits in a different manner from debits and they may take a time to show on your statement. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
